The Church Council is composed of the Pastor, as ex-officio, and ten members of the congregation who are in good standing. Regular terms of office for elected members shall be for periods of three years.  Members shall not be eligible for re-election until such time as they have not served for a period of at least one-year.  The Church Council has only the power delegated to it in the Bylaws or by vote of the congregation, and the Church Council can not delegate its power or responsibilities to others.
